back pack – 2008.220.1

This nylon backpack, with three Canadian Marathon Ski Tour badges sewn on accomplied the Weber boys throughout their ski careers. The three Canadian Marathon Ski Tour badges are from 1968, 1969 and 1970. Richard Weber began actively competing in nordic events at the age of 6 and was selected to join the Canadian National Cross-Country team at 18. During his seven years with the team, he won 20 national titles and competed at four World Championships.
