- All nominations are to be submitted online using the official nomination form below.
- Links to video and other media must be operational and available.
- All submissions must be complete.
Nominations may be received throughout the year but only those fully completed nominations received by May 15th will be reviewed at the next meeting of the Selection Committee.
Nomination Timeline
May 15th
Deadline for receipt of fully completed candidate packages.
June 1 – July 1st
Selection Committee Process.
July 15th
Selection Committee submits recommendation to the Board.
August 1st
Advise new inductees.

Induction ceremony.

This is page 1 of the nomination form. You will see your progress at each step until completion on page 3. You do not need to complete the form in one sitting. You can save the information and proceed to the next page and come back later to fill in the missing information until you are ready to submit. The form must be complete before submission.
To ensure you complete the form with relevant information that will allow your nominee to receive the most positive evaluation, prior to beginning please carefully review all criteria under the category for your nominee found HERE.
When submitting additional information or documents to support your nomination, please consider the following:
- General photos of your nominee (e.g. competition, podium or personal images) are not relevant to the evaluation of your nominee and should NOT be included in additional materials.
- Photos of historical newspaper or magazine clippings which may add to the story and understanding of your nominee’s contributions to the sport may be included and will be reviewed in the evaluation process.
- You should note that the most relevant additional information that will enhance your nomination should include letters of reference or testimonials from other people (teammates, colleagues, others who can corroborate or add to information provided in your nomination form) adding to “the story” of your nominee’s contributions to snowsports and demonstrating their worthiness to become an Honoured Member of the Canadian Ski Hall of Fame.
