Preliminary Notice to Annual General Meeting of Canadian Ski Hall of Fame and Museum (“CSHFM”).
CSHFM Members,
You are invited to attend the virtual joint CSHFM Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Special Meeting of Members (“SMM”).
The virtual meeting will be taking place on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 16:00h EST
AGM & SMM NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the 2021 AGM and SMM will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 16:00h EST. In accordance with COVID-19 restrictions regarding gatherings, the meeting will be virtual. Any Member in good standing, having dues paid for the 2021-2022 period is welcome to attend and vote.
Your voice and participation are important to the Board. In accordance with the members direction at previous AGMs, to improve the CSHFM governance, the Board of Directors will be proposing revised bylaws. In order to adopt the proposed changes, members will be asked to vote on the new Bylaws at the combined AGM / SMM meeting on the above date.
To participate and be a voting member at the meeting, dues for the 2021 – 2022 year are required to be paid by July 1, 2021. Membership categories and rates can be accessed and paid via the website HERE.
All registered members will receive via the email address you provide, AGM relevant documents, as per requirements, a minimum 10 days in advance of the AGM, July 20th 2021.
CSHFM Board – Nomination of Directors
The Nomination Committee Policies and Procedures outline the process for nomination. To be nominated an individual must be a member in good standing of the CSHFM and provide both a written consent to that nomination to the Nomination Committee and the appropriate information to the Chair of the Nomination Committee at least twenty (20) days (July 1, 2021) prior to the AGM.
